Fujifilm X-T2
Usage
Thoughts
I bought this camera after I became obsessed with my X100T. I felt really inspired by Fujifilm's ability to keep their body size so small, as well as the color the cameras produced.
I had previously had a Canon 5D Mark II as my primary camera for a decade, and started to miss the flexibility of a zoom lens of a 50mm equivalent prime. I felt it was time to have a kit again. The X-T2 was the solution for me.
When I shoot this camera now, I basically feel like it hasn't been dated. It still works great and produces great shots. I even used it to produce the shot of my X-E5 on this site.
Nothing but love for this camera. That being said, I never felt in love with this camera. Whereas the Canon 5D and my DNA became intertwined, I still mostly ended up dragging my X100T around with me. This camera is truly great, but it didn't compel me to shoot in the same way I have felt with other cameras.
